If you're not sure how to commemorate Black History Month in your content marketing, advertising etc., here's my one piece of advice:

Unless you acknowledge, include and advocate for Black lives past and present the other 11 months of the year, don't post a platitude about Black history. Focus your effort internally instead, charging a team with real power to create and execute a plan to honor, promote and represent Black people in hiring/recruitment/advancement; vendors and supplier rolls; corporate charitable giving; and content, PR and advertising -- all year every year. Then you can create a BHM initiative for February 2022 that isn't simply performative bandwagon-jumping lip service.
