I spent time with two great women yesterday who are doing what they want to do with style and grace and against some odds. It's always inspiring to be around people who're following their dreams.

I think, in the end, that's the mark of a certain kind of success. Sure, obstacles arise, but all in all I believe that people who're doing what they want to do are happier. This is true whether you're pursuing your dream in your own company or someone else's. When you feel like you're pursuing a goal, realizing a vision and doing something that's enjoyable to you, how could you not be happy?

We're in the middle of a couple of very big, sometimes frustrating projects. Hard as it is when the gears get stuck, we're still happier than the average bears. And we know how lucky we are.

Does your job make you happy? Are you feeling lucky?
