Between baseball playoffs (Go, Dodgers!), college and NFL football (what's up, Heels and 'Skins?) and the NASCAR chase (come on, Mark Martin!) my weekend was a blur. Hope yours was restful.

Here's what we've got cooking this week:

I'm wrapping up two research profiles for UNC Kenan-Flagler.

I'm ending one project and starting another for the Cinematographers Guild magazine. Out goes the the 40 under 40 feature and in comes a double feature -- the January cover story and an interview with the Hughes brothers (Menace II Society).

Carolyn and I are working on a direct mail project for the UNC School of Education.

I'm starting to sort through projects for the Lexington spotlight I'm doing for Architect. Also lining up ideas for my Biz Beat column for the Carrboro Citizen.

Steve's working on his National Journal post for this week.

In new business news:

Carolyn is doing some biz dev for a consumer PR project. I'm working a social media proposal for a large pharma.

I begin working on brochure/web copy for a new client we got from our work in Detroit: DiverseNote GREEN.

We've been asked to do a research project for the Kauffman Foundation related to entrepreneurism programs at U.S. universities and colleges.

I'm looking for interesting architecture projects and trends from around the country for possible inclusion in the Architect magazine blog. Before pitching, check out the kind of stuff we're covering here. Got an idea? Pitch me!
